The Identity Wine Co. tasting room is an extension of the wines themselves: personal, intentional, and hands-on. Every tasting and winery tour is led by owner and winemaker Pablo Antonio Suarez, offering a rare opportunity to hear the stories, decisions, and philosophies behind each bottle directly from his perspective. In an intimate, relaxed setting, you’ll explore small-lot wines crafted with minimal intervention and a deep respect for vineyard character. No scripts, just honest wine, meaningful conversation and a tasting experience as individual as the wines in your glass.

Due to our truly limited, handcrafted, small-lot focus, tasting menus change constantly based on what is available. One day might offer a deep dive into different vintages of Viognier; another could feature a flight of current releases alongside a surprise, unreleased bottling, or even barrel samples of a soon-to-be-released project Pablo is excited about. Every tasting is unique and designed to be both personal and memorable.

All tastings are booked by prior appointment and require approval via an email from me.

Identity Wine Co. is an active working winery space. Therefore all members in the party (even non-tasters) must be 21 & over.

Please ensure you are committed to the experience before booking. I am a small one man business that curates each tasting with thoughtfulness, requiring a lot of time and effort. Due to this, all tasting reservations are pre-paid and final. There is no cancellation policy in place.
